TGTSSAN
Quadrennial | Delegates | Conference
This year is our National Delegates Conference with a heartfelt theme which delves into scrutinizing and ruminating on the state of the textile industry despite many efforts at rejuvenating and sustaining the sector especially with government intervention schemes. It is pertinent that we retrospectively look at the scheme in order to have an understanding of the subject matter if it is a Myth or Reality.
The theme of the conference emphasize what is topmost on the mind of stakeholders who are relentlessly making efforts to revive and strengthen textile production capacity in Nigeria. The conference which has drawn experts in the industry will be proffering solutions in line with the subject matter of the conference
And the conference shall take place on the 28 November, 2024 at the International Conference Centre, Segun Agangan Hall, University of Ibadan Oyo State Nigeria. Time is 10:00am prompt.
The TGTSSAN, as part of the needs to maintain professionalism among members and also encourage enhanced productivity, organized a continuing professional development (CPD) training for its members in Kano State Nigeria. The meeting was well represented by delegates and at the end of the training certificate of participation were issued to the attendees.
The call for gender equality reverbrated in the 2023 International Women's Day (IWD) celebtation attended by the TGTSSAN Women's Commission Wing. The theme for IWD celeberation this year is “Innovation and Technological change; Education in the Digital Age for achieving Gender Equality and the Empowerment of all Women and Girls”.
