This year is our National Delegates Conference with a heartfelt theme which delves into scrutinizing and ruminating on the state of the textile industry despite many efforts at rejuvenating and sustaining the sector especially with government intervention schemes. It is pertinent that we retrospectively look at the scheme in order to have an understanding of the subject matter if it is a Myth or Reality.

The theme of the conference emphasize what is topmost on the mind of stakeholders who are relentlessly making efforts to revive and strengthen textile production capacity in Nigeria. The conference which has drawn experts in the industry will be proffering solutions in line with the subject matter of the conference

It is unlawful for employers to prevent union Activities. All employees have right to form and belong to a union of their choice. So, you are liberty to form, associate with a union that will protect your interest at all times. TGTSSAN will protect your interest.

Yes, your rights can be protected. It can be protected in line with with TGTSSAN mandate and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) constitution. The union will unite all senior staff in the association and sister associations in Nigeria to support the course and promote the social welfare of its members. This of course include the right of TGTSSAN members and their employers and among TGTSSAM members. Yes your welfare and interest can be protected.
